I've been gone for too long. It's only been about 3 weeks but it feels a lot longer. At first it started out that for about a week or so the Internet was out. How convenient for me it went out right when got the writing bug. I was coming up with a couple of ideas of what to write next. Then last week I had orientation for school, which I will talk about at a later date.
But either way,
I'm back.
And recently I decided to pick up gel eyeliner in hopes that I would be able to apply it better than I do with my liquid eyeliner.
Yes, I know that it's "easy" to apply liquid eyeliner with a bit of practice, but I've had the Maybelline Master Precise liner for about a year and I'm still not able to successfully put on my eyeliner. It also doesn't help that I have shakey hands.
So for me liquid eyeliner is a no-go.
So when I first tried the gel liner I just knew that I wasted a year trying to work with liquid eyeliner. I was able to apply the amount that I wanted, to spot where I wanted. With the gel, I was also able to stop and comeback when my hands started to feel shakey without the line I created coming out crooked.
So if you are someone who has un-steady hands and has a difficult time applying liquid eyeliner, you should try out gel eyeliner. I think that the Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner is definitely a good starter. But at the same time it really all up to preference.
What are some really good brands of gel eyeliner ? And if you have shakey hands but can apply liquid eyeliner well, what are some tips you have for those who can't ?

I use pencil liner because I look like an un-cool goth when trying to master liquid. lolz
ReplyDeleteIve been itching to try gel. I may give it a go. The brand you chose has beautiful brilliant colors too.
The gel is definitely worth a try. So much easier to use for me.
