Native.

Okay, yes I know this album didn't come out during this past week but it's one I keep coming back to and I've been listening to it a lot since I got it and it is most definitely in my list of Top Albums of 2013.  But I absolutely love this album and it's one of the few that I can listen to from start to finish and not skip a single song and as much as I've had it on repeat you'd think that there would be at least one song by now that I hit the skip button on.

And these are my Top favorite songs on the album,

1. Counting Stars
Hands down my favorite song on this album and possibly one of my favorites from OneRepublic, it's really catchy and this song has a Train vibe to it. Favorite Line : "Everything that kills me makes me feel alive." And you can listen to the song and check out the video here.

2. Burning Bridges
This one is a very close second one the album, this is my belting song, my shower song. I'm not even sure what it is about this song but it so simple but in the right way. Favorite Line : "There's no filling up you spaces with fictionary places, Imaginary faces they don't work at all." Listen to the song here.

3. Feel Again
To me this song kind of reminds me of their first album but it fits so well on this album. Favorite Line : "I reached out tried to love but i feel nothing, Yeah my heart is numb." Check out the video here.

And,

4. I Lived
I absolutely love the message of this song and after hearing the back story of the song it made me love the message even more. It's just one of those feel good songs that reminds everyone to live there life to the fullest. Favorite Line : "I owned every second that this world could give, I saw so many places, The things that I did." You can listen to the song here.

Overall I just love this album and if you want you can check out the whole deluxe version of the album here on youtube or here on iTunes.

Street Fair Mini Haul.

This past Saturday, My mum and I went to a street fair downtown, to be more exact, between 42nd street and 56th. We had went to one the previous summer and enjoyed it so much that we decided to go again. These street fairs are usually on the weekend throughout the whole summer, if you interested you can check out the schedule here. While I was there I decided to stop off at one of the booths that sold cosmetics and stuff and while there I decided to expand my collection of nail polishes and pick up some Fall/Winter colors and seeing that I was able to get 3 Essie nail polishes for $10, I thought "why not?".

These are the 3 that I decided to get, 2 colors and a 3-in-one clear polish.
The first one is called "Jazz" and it's a nudie, beige color. It was apart of their Spring '06 line and you can find it here on amazon.
This is it in the bottle.
And this is what it looks on a nail wheel.
The next one is called "Merino Cool"and it's a lilacy, grey color. This one was apart of their Fall '10 line which you can find here on amazon.
This is it in the bottle.
And it on the nail wheel.
And the last one is just the 3-Way Glaze, a base, a strengthener, and a top coat all in one.
This is it in the box.
And then out side the box. You can find this one here on amazon.
Now I'm just waiting for Fall to wear it.
Hope You enjoyed this mini nail polish haul.

Breathe.

A friend of mine recently just came out and told me things about her life that I never knew and honestly would have never guessed but as she was letting everything out in the back of my head there was a certain song that came to mind and I thought that not only could this song help her get over what's going on in her life but it might be able to help someone else, even if it's for the duration of the song of a little bit longer, at the end of the day it helped.

"I must survive this wonderful punishment called life..."

Shoes.

I have never been a "shoes" girls up until about 2 years ago when I feel in love with these....

Sam Edelman Renzo Studded Booties. Sadly since I saw them I have yet to find them anywhere but I still search every so often hoping to find them on ebay or amazon. But it wasn't until I found and purchased these that my love for shoes blossomed.
These are Kandee Shoes' Peanut Butter Smooth Sneakers that I bought last summer. When I got them they were about $110, so it was a nice little birthday present to myself. They were apart of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection so you might not be able to find them now, but they always have amazing shoes so you can check them out here...... kandeeshoes.com
These purchases were more recent and less expensive.
First were these bad boys, they are Whistle Platform Pumps by Chinese Laundry in the color, nude. I ordered them around March, I definitely think that nude heels are ones that very one should have because they're so easy to style with the rest of you outfit. My first pair of pumps, I was able to get them on amazon for about $37, but since then the price has gone down, if you wanna check them out heres the link........ http://www.amazon.com/
And more recently these, I was out shopping with my mum and we went into a Nine West Outlet and I saw these and thought they would be so great for summer. I believe they were $40 but there was a buy one, get one 50% off sale going on so I'm not too sure. Studs are really in now and since the shoes are black it's really easy to pair it my outfits.
Now these are shoes that I've seen around online recently and I absolutely love them and hopefully will purchase sometime soon. First are flats and sneakers......

I've never really been a huge sneaker fan, I usually just wear converse, but when I came across these on Instagram I really liked them but I have yet to find them online.
These, very similar to ones I purchased at the Nine West Outlet, were available at TopShop, but now out of stock, were about $56.

 Next, heels....

All of these are from Kandee Shoes, but the first 2 are from there current collection Summer 2013, Pick'N'Mix. The first one is White Chocolate and the second is Chocolate Orange, both are about $205 but right now everything is 50% off so you can get it here for about $103. The other 3 are from previous collections, the first 2 were from the Fall/Winter 2011/212 Collection, and the last one was from the Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Collection. But this is a company that I absolutely love !

These are from the designer Crisian&McCaffrey, the first one is the Chastity Boots from their Autumn/Winter 2011 collection. The second one is the Kourtney Stripey Linen Heels from their Summer/Spring 2012 collect. While the Chastity Boots are nowhere to be found to buy online, you can find the Kourtney Stripey Linen Heels here , these are more expensive at about $425. But you can check out their current collection here .
One can only dream, the big league, big boys, pumps of all pumps, Louboutin. You honestly can't go wrong with any of them but these are one of my favorites. Daffodile, apart of their current Fall/Winter 2013 collection for $1,075 here (as I said a girl can only dream.)

Hope you enjoyed some of the shoes in my closet and some that I wish were in my closet.
